Monarch Gallery Artwork Submission Guidelines
Monarch Gallery is an inviting space dedicated to showcasing diverse artistic talent. The gallery walls are located in the lobby and hallway of Monarch Tax & Advisory at 710 Kipling St, STE 400, Lakewood, CO 80215. Monarch Tax and Advisory is a busy tax accounting firm with a steady flow of clientele. This unique setting provides excellent visibility for your work, as it will be seen daily by a variety of visitors.
The gallery features three display walls and two additional smaller walls, offering ample space for a variety of artistic styles and mediums. We also welcome 3D artwork; however, artists must supply their own display solutions. For any pieces weighing over 30 pounds, please inform us in advance so we can ensure proper accommodations.
Artists interested in showcasing their artwork at Monarch Gallery are invited to complete the application form below. Admission is free! Each artist may submit up to three examples of artwork; however, you are welcome to hang as many pieces as needed to fill the available wall space. If you plan to share the space with other artists, please have them submit an application as well. On the application please note who you are sharing with. Please note that submission does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified of your acceptance status via email within two weeks of submission.
Artwork will be displayed on a monthly rotation, and selected artists will have the opportunity to coordinate with us to schedule a suitable month. Please note that while we do our best to honor scheduled months, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require us to reschedule your exhibit. If this occurs, we will ensure to arrange another month for you as soon as possible.
There is no commission on sales; buyers will contact artists directly.
While we celebrate creativity and self-expression, please note that all displayed works must align with a professional environment. Art containing nudity or addressing political or religious protests will not be exhibited. Monarch Tax & Advisory reserves the right to decline any submission that does not meet our standards.

Please ensure your artwork is ready for display with eye-screws and wire or D-rings and wire. French cleats and saw-tooth hangers are not permitted.
